I want to take a moment to recognize James for his outstanding service and careful attention to detail each time I've reached out for assistance at one of my properties! My experience working with Avis over the past five years has been nothing short of wonderful. From the moment I make a call to the satisfying meeting with the technician, I have been truly pleased with the exceptional level of professionalism and their dedication to solving issues while finding favorable and cost-effective solutions.

We had Anthony from Avis install our water heater today. Anthony did a great job. He called when he was in route with an eta and showed up exactly as he said. His work was impeccable. Before he left he answered all our questions and you couldn’t see any signs in our home that a major plumbing job was done.

We were forced to reach out for a Friday evening service call, and we got excellent service and a great outcome, from Mike S. He was reassuring and professional on the phone while setting things up, came promptly and provided updates on when he would arrive, did the work quickly, and everything works (!), all while remaining amazingly friendly despite the inconvenient time. This is my 3rd or 4th time using this company, and it's been great each time. Highly recommend.

Anthony came out to my house and repaired everything that I had that needed service. He was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. I would not only recommend Avis, but I also recommend Anthony.!! Thank you, Anthony!!

We had an awful burning smell coming from one of units in our mechanical room when running the heat this past week. Mike came out, assessed the damage, and let us know we were extremely lucky because the fuse inside the unit was burnt to a crisp! We could have had a fire. Mike was very thorough, kind, knowledgeable, and dependable. I trust Avis to handle all our future HVAC needs.

Joe Jasilewicz from Cape Coral Avis location came out to our place to check the instant heater and fix the master bathroom shower head and temperature handle. Was fast, efficient, and fixed to our satisfaction! Fun to talk to as well - car/racing enthusiast.

James tackled a complex problem with an incorrectly installed unit. He stuck with it until the job was completed satisfactorily. He was courteous and respectful to our lodging. James is a good face of Avis plumbing!

James was great to work with. He fixed my leaky pipe quickly and was very professional. I would definitely use Avis again and request James!
